A police helicopter Bell-412 aided in extinguishing the fire in the municipality of Čučer Sandevo. The Ministry of Interior reported the helicopter dropped over 45 tons of water to assist ground teams.

Despite difficult conditions, the helicopter supported teams on the ground in bringing the fire under control. The extinguishing efforts were hampered by inaccessible terrain and poor visibility due to smoke.
