The Municipality of Ilinden is nearing completion of urban planning for the area surrounding the “Bucinsko Lake” tourist site in the village of Bucinci. This project aims to create a recreational space for residents and visitors alike.

The area is undergoing significant improvements, including new paving with concrete blocks, the construction of a new platform, and a 60-meter-long walkway. Accessibility is being enhanced with a 100-meter-long gravel road leading to the site.

A fishing platform is also under construction, catering to angling enthusiasts. To improve the ambiance and functionality of the area, new street lighting and lampposts have been installed.

Plans include the placement of benches for relaxation and waste bins to maintain cleanliness. Landscaping efforts will beautify the surroundings, and a new gazebo will be constructed for additional leisure opportunities.

The Mayor of Ilinden, Aleksandar Georgievski, has personally inspected the construction activities. He highlighted the importance of this project for both the municipality’s residents and all citizens seeking a peaceful, beautiful, and modern environment to spend their free time.
