The psychiatrist attributed the man’s condition to the stress he endured during pre-trial detention and related legal proceedings. The report suggests a link between the man’s mental state and the pressures associated with his legal situation.

Philip Nitschke, the developer of the Sarco pod, stated that he possesses the psychiatric report. Nitschke, who resides in the Netherlands where the Sarco was developed, has the document in his possession.
