Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyj stated that western sanctions against Russia are working and urged supporters to increase pressure. He made these remarks at a press conference held at Marienborg with Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen on Wednesday.
According to Zelenskyj, the Russian economy is already struggling, evidenced by fuel shortages and the decline of various Russian industries.
Zelenskyj also pointed out that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s desperation is evident in his “humiliating” behavior towards China, where he is willing to sell them as many raw materials as possible.
