Victor Froholdt of FC Copenhagen has been named the Superliga spring profile of 2025 in an award presented by Tipsbladet. The 19-year-old midfielder received overwhelming support from Superliga head coaches.

Froholdt garnered 53 out of 55 possible votes, placing him far ahead of Randers defender Wessel Dammers and Brøndby attacker Mathias Kvistgaarden in the voting.

Froholdt expressed his delight at receiving the award, especially because it was voted on by the league’s head coaches. He stated he is incredibly happy for the recognition and proud that coaches outside of FC Copenhagen have acknowledged his high-level performances.

Froholdt emphasized the positive surprises he has experienced this spring with the national team and his consistent good performances. He added that he could not have asked for a better season so far.

Froholdt’s immediate focus is on securing the Danish championship for FCK. A victory in their upcoming home match against FC Nordsjælland on Sunday would guarantee FCK the title.
