A recent user satisfaction survey reveals significant disparities in home care satisfaction across Danish municipalities, with Jutland and Funen scoring higher than Zealand. The survey, conducted in the home help area, highlights a clear geographical trend.

Samsø municipality leads the nation with an impressive 95.4% satisfaction rate. Following Samsø, the municipalities with the highest satisfaction percentages include Tønder (89.3), Lemvig (87.9), Vesthimmerland (87.0), Billund (86.8), Fanø (86.4), Ringkøbing-Skjern (86.4), Nyborg (85.8), Thisted (85.2), and Viborg (84.8).

In contrast, Frederiksberg scores the lowest in user satisfaction, with only 59.4%. Other municipalities with notably low satisfaction percentages are Egedal (63.1), Solrød (64.3), Hvidovre (64.3), Brøndby (64.7), Lyngby-Taarbæk (65.3), Albertslund (66.1), Lejre (66.2), Frederikshavn (66.6), and Ærø (66.9).
