Train traffic between Næstved and Nykøbing Falster was halted during Friday’s afternoon rush hour due to a fault at Banedanmark. The disruption caused significant delays for travelers in Southern Zealand and Falster.
Banedanmark reported that the issue stemmed from “challenges with the digital signals.”
DSB implemented replacement bus services to mitigate the impact on passengers.
The problem was resolved at approximately 4:15 PM, after which Banedanmark announced that train service could resume.
