Ole Dall Resigns as Editor-in-Chief of Skive Folkeblad After 33 Years

Ole Dall, the editor-in-chief of Skive Folkeblad, will step down from his position at the end of the year after serving for 33 years, since the summer of 1992. He is currently the longest-serving Danish editor-in-chief at the same newspaper.

Dall expressed his gratitude for his tenure, highlighting his exciting journey in the media world, including eight years as a Christiansborg reporter for Berlingske Tidende. He praised Skive Folkeblad as a strong local daily newspaper with great impact and support.

Five years ago, Dall and the board of Skive Folkeblad decided to integrate the newspaper into Mediehusene Midtjylland.

Alex Nielsen, CEO of Mediehusende Midtjylland, acknowledged Dall’s remarkable three decades as editor-in-chief, expressing gratitude for his contributions and recognizing him as a great publicist.

Dall graduated as a journalist in 1984 and worked as a political reporter at Fyens Stiftstidende before joining Berlingske’s Christiansborg editorial team, where he became political editor before assuming the role of editor-in-chief at Skive Folkeblad.
