Himmerlandskød A/S is recalling Velsmag minced beef sold in Netto stores due to the discovery of blue plastic pieces. The affected product has a fat content of 14 to 18 percent and is packaged in 400-gram portions.

The recall applies to minced beef with a “best before” date of July 10, 2025, and batch number 250703. The product was manufactured on July 3.

Consumers who have purchased the specified Velsmag minced beef are advised to either dispose of the product or return it to the store of purchase. This recommendation remains valid even if the meat has been frozen.
