A man was found dead in Aalborg early Tuesday morning, prompting a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death. North Jutland Police responded to a report at 3:59 AM and arrived at Vestre Allé by Skippertorvet, where they discovered the body.

The case is currently being treated as a suspicious death, according to duty officer Thomas Ottesen.

While details remain limited, police are withholding further information about the deceased until his family has been notified. The location where the man was found, Skippertorvet, is situated between Aalborg University Hospital and Søndre Kirkegård.
