A man is in critical condition after a single-vehicle accident on Nørreskovvej on the island of Tåsinge near Valdemars Slot. Funen Police reported the incident occurred on Thursday evening.

The driver, for unknown reasons, went off the road and crashed into a tree. The extent of the damage to the black car involved indicates a high-impact collision.

When rescue teams arrived at the scene, the man was unconscious.

Nørreskovvej was temporarily closed for technical investigations following the accident, but it was reopened later that evening.
