He criticizes Gotfredsen for her preoccupation with Islam and Muslims, suggesting it has overshadowed her role as a priest and contributed to a decline in interest in Christianity among Danes. He accuses her of neglecting the core tenets of Christianity while promoting “career-promoting Islamophobia.”

Bachiri points out Gotfredsen’s silence on issues such as the attack on the Christian city of Taybeh and the persecution of Christian Palestinians, further highlighting what he perceives as a biased focus on Islam.
