Former Lawyer Nicolai Dyhr Accused of Violating Bankruptcy Quarantine Rules

Nicolai Dyhr, the former lawyer known from the “Black Swan” documentary, is facing a disqualification complaint for allegedly violating bankruptcy quarantine regulations. Lawyer Boris Frederiksen has filed the complaint with the Disciplinary Board for Lawyers.

The complaint alleges that Dyhr was disqualified from handling the bankruptcy proceedings of Crey Games due to a conflict of interest. Frederiksen’s statement claims that Dyhr’s former law firm, Horten, had financial interests in Crey Games, which they had legally assisted.

The Danish Bar and Law Society also seeks Dyhr’s disqualification from practicing law. They have brought a case against him, citing nine counts, including his participation in the “Black Swan” documentary.

Dyhr denies any wrongdoing and states that he was induced by the documentary’s mole to act in an uncharacteristic manner. Dyhr deposited his lawyer’s license approximately a year ago following the documentary’s release.

While it is possible to request a reissuance of the license, the Danish Bar and Law Society’s case could prevent Dyhr from practicing law in the future.
