FC Copenhagen will face Silkeborg in the Danish Cup final without Thomas Delaney in the starting lineup. The match is scheduled for Thursday at MCH Arena in Herning at 5 PM.
Instead of Delaney, coach Jacob Neestrup has opted to start Lukas Lerager in midfield, partnering him with Victor Froholdt. Delaney will begin the match on the bench.
There are a total of three changes to the FC Copenhagen lineup compared to Sunday’s Superliga match against FC Nordsjælland. In addition to Delaney’s absence, Gabriel Pereira is out due to a concussion, and Andreas Cornelius is sidelined with a thigh injury.
Kevin Diks will replace Pereira in central defense, while Viktor Claesson will lead the attack as the starting striker.
FC Copenhagen’s starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Diant Ramaj; Rodrigo Huescas, Kevin Diks, Pantelis Hatzidiakos, Marcos Lopez; Victor Froholdt, Lukas Lerager; Jordan Larsson, Mohamed Elyounoussi, Elias Achouri; Viktor Claesson.
