FC Copenhagen has sold French striker Mamoudou Karamoko to Romanian club Dinamo Bucuresti, effective immediately. The club announced the transfer on its website, marking the departure of the second offensive player within a short period who failed to establish himself at FCK.
Karamoko joined FCK in January 2022 and made a total of ten appearances for the team. During his time with the club, he played seven games in the Superligaen, two in the Champions League, and one in the cup, but he did not score any goals. Most recently, he was loaned out to Ujpest FC in Hungary.
FCK expressed their gratitude to Karamoko for his service and wished him success in his future endeavors. This transfer follows the recent sale of Nigerian player Paul Mukairu to Polish club Pogoń Szczecin earlier this month. Mukairu, who also arrived in January 2022, played 25 games for FCK without scoring.
