FC Copenhagen has prolonged Mohamed Elyounoussi’s contract by two years, securing the Norwegian player until the summer of 2029. The club made the announcement on its website on Tuesday.
Elyounoussi, a key offensive player, initially joined FCK in the summer of 2023 on a free transfer from Southampton of the Premier League.
The 30-year-old has made a significant impact in the Superliga, contributing a total of 25 goals and 20 assists in 93 appearances for the Danish champions.
