FC Copenhagen Dominates Randers FC in Superliga Match

FC Copenhagen showcased their dominance with a resounding 5-1 victory over Randers FC in a Superliga match on Sunday. The win further solidifies FCK’s position at the top of the league standings, with 16 points after seven games.

Randers FC struggled to match FCK’s intensity and skill throughout the game, particularly in the first half, which ended with a 4-0 lead for the visitors. The team has now suffered four consecutive losses and is dangerously close to the relegation zone.

FC Copenhagen’s goals came from Marcos Lopez, Youssoufa Moukoko, Mohamed Elyounoussi, Elias Achouri, and Yoram Zague. Randers FC managed a single goal courtesy of Florian Danho.

The match also saw an unfortunate setback for FCK, as Andreas Cornelius suffered an injury during warm-up and was replaced by Jordan Larsson in the starting lineup.

The scoring began early for FCK, with Marcos Lopez curling in a free kick after 12 minutes. Youssoufa Moukoko extended the lead nine minutes later, capitalizing on a slip by Randers defender Daniel Høegh. Mohamed Elyounoussi added a third goal just before halftime, followed by Elias Achouri who made it 4-0.

Randers FC showed some improvement in the second half, with Florian Danho scoring a volley goal. However, Yoram Zague sealed the victory for FCK with a late goal, chipping the ball over the goalkeeper.
