DSB is currently grappling with system-wide errors impacting various services, including ticket purchases. The issues stem from a problematic network update, leading to disruptions for passengers.
The network update has caused problems with online ticket purchases and access to traffic information on the DSB website. Physical vending machines at stations are also affected.
DSB’s information manager, Tony Bispeskov, confirmed that technicians are working diligently to resolve the situation, but the exact timeline for a complete fix remains uncertain.
Despite the system errors, the physical travel card, the travel ticket app, the travel card app, and the travel planner are all functioning normally.
Passengers are still required to have a valid ticket when boarding trains. DSB advises customers facing difficulties to explain the situation to onboard staff, who will provide assistance.
While the ticket purchasing systems are experiencing issues, train traffic is currently running smoothly, with no immediate disruptions to S-trains, long-distance trains, or regional trains.
