The Danish Foreign Minister has strongly condemned Israel for firing shots in the vicinity of foreign diplomats in Ramallah. This incident involved the head of the Danish representation in the city, prompting a swift response from Copenhagen.

Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen has labeled the incident as “completely unacceptable” and confirmed that the Danish diplomat is unharmed.

In response to the incident, the Foreign Minister has summoned the Israeli ambassador to Denmark to provide an official explanation. The meeting aims to address the circumstances surrounding the shooting and seek assurances that such incidents will not recur.
