Dina Thorslund, the 31-year-old boxer, is set to return to the ring sooner than anticipated after experiencing a miscarriage. Thorslund shared the news on Instagram, expressing her deep sadness but emphasizing her determination to move forward.

Thorslund has requested her manager to contact promoters to arrange her return to boxing and reclaim her titles. Her potential comeback fight could be against Cherneka Johnson.

Earlier in July, Thorslund was scheduled to participate in a major boxing event at Madison Square Garden. The event would have put her WBO and WBC titles on the line, with the opportunity to secure the IBF belt against Shurretta Metcalf. However, she canceled due to her pregnancy.

Thorslund stated that she wants to channel her grief into boxing. She believes adversity brings out the best in her and anticipates a new and improved version of herself in her next fight.

In March, she signed a three-year agreement with Most Valuable Promotions, co-founded by boxer and influencer Jake Paul.
