Concerns Over Regional Influence on General Practice, Boundary-Crossing Sex Experiences, Drug Abuse, Sending Donald Trump to Mars, and NIS2 Bureaucracy

The implementation of the NIS2 law is creating bureaucratic burdens for small businesses in the EU. Business owner Leif Tullberg highlights the challenges of complying with the new regulations, which require significant time and resources for updates.

Tullberg spent 90 minutes updating contact information for his three domains due to NIS2, experiencing it as unnecessary bureaucracy. He points out that the EU’s competitiveness is hampered by excessive regulation, with over 60% of European companies viewing it as a barrier to investment. Small and medium-sized enterprises cite administrative burdens as their biggest challenge.

The EU has issued 13,000 new rules compared to 5,500 in the USA between 2019 and 2024, making it harder for companies to focus on innovation and growth. While NIS2 aims to strengthen cybersecurity, its implementation should be simplified. Tullberg calls for clearer guidelines, easier merging of domains under one user ID, and support for small businesses. He urges the EU and Denmark to make it easier to be a business, including in cybersecurity, to strengthen competitiveness.
