A moped driver suffered serious head trauma after being intentionally struck by a car on Amtsvejen in Nybøl, Sundeved, Sønderjylland on Wednesday. According to the South and South Jutland Police, the incident followed a period of harassment between the driver and the car’s occupant.

The 57-year-old driver of the car has been arrested and will face charges under the Road Traffic Act and the Criminal Code. Police have indicated the charges will likely relate to “reckless driving,” which carries significantly harsher penalties due to aggravating circumstances.
