Three individuals were apprehended on Sunday following the stabbing of a 23-year-old man in Ingstrup near Løkken. The North Jutland Police announced the arrests on social media platform X and are investigating the incident as attempted murder.

The victim is currently hospitalized for treatment but is reported to be contactable. Police believe a 23-year-old man carried out the stabbing.

A man and a woman were also taken into custody in connection with the assault. The stabbing occurred around 1:28 a.m. on Sunday.

According to reports, scissors were used in the attack. The incident took place on a public street, after which the alleged perpetrator fled in a car with two others.

Authorities will determine later on Sunday whether to hold a preliminary hearing for the arrested individuals. As of Sunday morning, North Jutland Police were still investigating the circumstances leading up to the stabbing.
