A 31-year-old Iraqi man has been remanded in custody in Copenhagen, Denmark, for allegedly assisting in three attempted murders, including attempts to kill members of the Comanches motorcycle club. Prosecutor Alexander Scheel stated that the man will be detained until July 9th.
The man, who has tattoos on both arms, denies the charges against him. He is currently protected by a name ban.
He was arrested on September 7, 2024, in the United Arab Emirates and extradited to Denmark on Thursday.
The attempted murders occurred in the spring of 2024. No one was injured during the attempts.
Several individuals have already been convicted in connection with the attempted murders, including two Swedish teenage boys.
The court hearing on Friday was held behind closed doors, limiting access to the evidence against the 31-year-old man.
Prosecutor Alexander Scheel indicated that the police investigation will continue, after which the prosecution will decide whether to press charges.
