DSB is currently grappling with significant system problems that have disrupted passengers’ ability to purchase tickets and access real-time travel information. The issues, which surfaced following a network update conducted on Thursday night, continue to persist into Thursday afternoon.
According to DSB’s information manager, Tony Bispeskov, the system-wide disruption is impacting various sales channels, the DSB website, and information screens on S-trains in the capital. This means passengers are facing difficulties buying tickets through normal means.
Technicians have been working diligently throughout the day to resolve the technical difficulties. The root cause of the problem is attributed to a network update performed overnight, but the exact time frame for a complete resolution remains uncertain.
