Anders Dreyer believes the media’s initial depiction of San Diego FC as a struggling team has proven inaccurate. Speaking from the national team camp in Helsingør, Dreyer addressed his transition to the American club and his commitment to performing at his best for the national team.
Having moved to San Diego with his family five months ago from Anderlecht, Dreyer emphasized the importance of honesty regarding the challenges of adjusting to the time difference. He stated he has an understanding with Brian Riemer that he will communicate openly about any impact the time difference may have on his performance.
Dreyer stressed that he needs to be at 100 percent when he joins the national team. Should he participate in Saturday’s match against Northern Ireland in Parken, it will mark his fourth appearance for his country.
