Alexander Zorniger has been appointed as the new head coach of OB, following their promotion to the Superliga. The club made the announcement on its website.

Zorniger, 57, replaces Søren Krogh, who guided OB to the top tier this season.

Danish football fans may remember Zorniger from his time as the coach of Brøndby. During his leadership, Brøndby came close to winning the Danish championship and secured a cup title.

Zorniger has signed a three-year agreement with OB.
