A 41-year-old man from Albertslund has been remanded in custody in connection with a plot to murder four people in Pakistan. The detention, announced by the Copenhagen West Police, follows the initial arrest of a 37-year-old man from the same town on August 1st.

The 37-year-old is suspected of paying for the planned murders of two women, a man, and an unidentified person. The charges are attempted manslaughter, as the plot was foiled before the victims were harmed.

The 37-year-old suspect, who has a Pakistani background, has pleaded not guilty.
