Four people sustained minor injuries Wednesday evening when a fence collapsed at the Jelling Music Festival, prompting a brief delay to the concert schedule. The incident occurred just before a performance on the Tent Stage.

The fence collapsed due to what a festival spokesperson described to the media as a “construction error.”

Following the incident, festival organizers announced they would conduct a thorough double-check of all constructions on the festival grounds.

Copenhagen rapper Mas, who was scheduled to perform on the Tent Stage, addressed the incident on Instagram, expressing his sympathy: “My thoughts are with those who were injured in Jelling yesterday.“

The Jelling Music Festival, which runs from Wednesday to Saturday, is anticipated to host up to 40,000 guests. The festival features a diverse lineup of artists across multiple genres and stages.
