Darcio Tivane Vikestad is celebrating a decade with Joe & The Juice while also managing his career, education, and family life. He emphasizes the company’s positive atmosphere and growth opportunities as key factors in his journey.

Vikestad’s career at Joe & The Juice began ten years ago as a juicer. He has since advanced through various roles, including store manager, regional manager in Denmark, and regional manager in London, eventually joining the company’s Global People & Development department.

Initially, Vikestad planned to work at the juice bar temporarily before pursuing studies in health or nutrition. However, he was drawn to the company’s vibrant environment and potential for advancement, leading him to prioritize his career at Joe & The Juice.

To enhance his expertise in his role within the “People” department, Vikestad pursued an HD program at CBS in Copenhagen. This program allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of business operations and acquire knowledge in organization and management. The flexibility of the program enabled him to study online and attend classes while working full-time and balancing family responsibilities.
