Six people, including two children, were injured in a two-car collision on Route 12 (Sundsvej) northeast of Herning on Sunday afternoon. The accident, reported to the Central and West Jutland Police at 12:35 PM, resulted in all involved being transported to the hospital.

According to duty officer Rasmus Poulsen, the collision occurred when a 27-year-old woman driving from Skinderholmvej failed to yield, pulling into the path of another car traveling north on Sundsvej.

One of the injured individuals was taken to the trauma department for treatment of stomach pains, while the remaining five were admitted for examination.

Authorities closed the accident site following the incident, but it has since been reopened to traffic. Details regarding which individuals were in each vehicle and the specific ages of all those involved are not immediately available.
