The 50-meter all-weather and all-season outdoor pool on Krestovsky Island in St. Petersburg is set to reopen next Saturday, October 25th, following a period of maintenance. The announcement was made via the “Flagstaff” Telegram channel.
The pool, known as the “Pool at the Flagstaff,” is now ready to welcome visitors again with heated water and scenic views, according to the Telegram message.
The facility had been temporarily closed for technical work since August 31st. Although the team initially indicated a reopening in October, a specific date was not provided at that time.
The all-weather pool initially opened on June 28th with St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov and Gazprom head Alexei Miller in attendance. The pool is located in the Gulf of Finland.
