Mother Leaves Infant in Trash in St. Petersburg

A five-month-old girl has been rescued after being abandoned in a stroller near trash bins in St. Petersburg. An 18-year-old janitor, Kurmanbek Keneshov, discovered the infant during his morning cleaning routine.

Law enforcement and medical personnel responded swiftly to the scene following the report. The baby girl has been taken into protective custody and is currently residing in a baby home.

Surveillance footage captured a woman approaching the trash bins with the stroller. The video shows her rocking the stroller briefly before looking around and leaving the child.
