The Leningrad Oblast is bracing for a sharp drop in temperatures, potentially reaching as low as -7 degrees Celsius on the night of October 19th. According to the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations, residents should prepare for the colder conditions.
The forecasted temperature range for the night is between -2 and -7 degrees Celsius. In contrast, daytime temperatures are expected to rise to a more moderate +8 degrees Celsius.
While no precipitation is anticipated, fog is a possibility in certain areas during the morning and evening hours.
Wind conditions are expected to be light and variable. At night, winds will range from 2 to 5 m/s, increasing slightly during the day to a maximum of 9 m/s.
