Eviction Notice Issued to Garage Owners on Fuchika Street

Garage owners in “Garage Cooperative No. 1” on Fuchika Street have been warned by the Committee for Control over Property that they must vacate the premises within three days, or face forcible removal. Notices from the Committee have been posted on garage doors.

The cooperative is situated on two plots of land, totaling 4.25 hectares. According to Rosreestr data, the permitted use for both plots is “for the placement of transport facilities (for garages and parking lots).”

The Committee for Control over Property’s notice demands that the garages be vacated by October 21 due to illegal occupation of the plots. Should the owners fail to comply, the State Public Institution “Center for Improving the Efficiency of State Property Use” will relocate movable property to a designated storage area. Following this, RSTI on Fuchika-1 (specialized developer) LLC will dismantle the structures.

The developer, RSTI on Fuchika-1 LLC, is constructing a residential complex on a plot of land west of the garage cooperative. The construction permit for this project was issued at the end of 2024.
