Alexandra Trusova, the 2022 Olympic silver medalist in figure skating, has officially married Makar Ignatov and baptized their son, Mikhail. The athlete shared photos of the baptism and marriage certificates on her Telegram channel on Friday, October 17, accompanied by a bouquet of white roses.

Trusova and Ignatov welcomed their son, Mikhail, on August 6. Trusova has openly discussed the challenges of adjusting to motherhood.

The couple’s relationship milestones include Ignatov’s proposal in St. Petersburg in August 2024, followed by rumors of Trusova’s pregnancy in January 2025. They confirmed they were expecting during the Russian Challenge – 2025 show program tournament.

Trusova had previously announced her plans to return to the ice in August 2024.
