Candidate for mayor of the Municipality of Centar, Goran Gerasimovski, has announced plans to renovate building facades and increase energy efficiency in his second term.

Gerasimovski stated that residents will receive subsidies for new, energy-efficient facades. These facades are designed to reduce heating and cooling costs while providing buildings with a modern aesthetic.

The mayoralty candidate added that the facade renovations will give Centar a new, modern, and authentic look, while preserving the old architecture and improving the urban environment.

In addition to facade renovations, photovoltaic panels are being installed in schools and municipal buildings through the “Energija Centar” company. According to Gerasimovski, this initiative aims to save energy and reduce electricity costs by up to 50%.
