The Minister of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources, Sanja Bozhinovska, awarded certificates to over 90 energy sector experts who completed specialized training courses in Project Management and Energy Trading. The programs, supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), aimed to enhance skills crucial for a modern and competitive energy market.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Bozhinovska stressed the importance of investing in knowledge for institutions and the future. She stated that new skills lead to a stronger system, a more secure energy market, and greater resilience during the transition to sustainable energy.
Bozhinovska highlighted that the EBRD-supported training demonstrates that investing in people is vital for a stable and modern energy sector. The Ministry is committed to providing ongoing professional development opportunities for domestic staff.
The Minister emphasized the goal of creating a system based on collective capabilities, vision, and professionalism, rather than individual dependence, through continued investment in knowledge. Representatives from the EBRD and both public and private energy sectors attended the event. The ceremony fostered a positive and inspiring environment, reflecting a shared dedication to developing expert and competent professionals who will drive the Macedonian energy sector forward.
