Draws Without a Winner Marked the Start of the Eleventh Round of the First Macedonian Football League

Skopje, North Macedonia – The 11th round of the First Macedonian Football League kicked off with two draws, including an exciting match between Arsimi and Rabotnicki that ended in a 2-2 tie. Arsimi managed to salvage a point after Rabotnicki initially took a two-goal lead.

The match between Arsimi and Rabotnicki was full of dynamic play and excitement. Rabotnicki took the lead in the 40th minute when Demir Imeri scored with a right-footed shot, making it 1-0. Just a minute later, an own goal by Drlevic, following a cross from Imeri, extended Rabotnicki’s lead to 2-0 before halftime.

Arsimi responded aggressively in the second half. Bashkim Veliu scored in the 68th minute with a long-range strike from 35 meters, reducing the deficit to 2-1. The home side continued to apply pressure, and in the 85th minute, Alban Taipi scored amidst a scramble in Rabotnicki’s penalty area. The goal was initially disallowed for offside but was later confirmed by VAR, leveling the score at 2-2.

Earlier in the match, Rabotnicki had an opportunity in the 27th minute through Kadriu, but Arsimi’s goalkeeper, Islami, made a crucial save. Arsimi responded with a dangerous attack in the 30th minute when Shefiti’s shot was saved by the Rabotnicki goalkeeper.

With this draw, Arsimi now has 12 points and sits in eighth place in the league standings. Rabotnicki remains in tenth position with 7 points.

In another match, Macedonia GP and Bashkimi also drew, with a final score of 1-1.
